CEE 450 Introduction to Transportation Engineering

I served as the graduate student instructor (GSI) for CEE 450 at the University of Michigan during 2021 Winter term. I held a recitation class every week.

Course description

The course covers the fundamentals of planning, design, and operation of highway transportation facilities. Topics include driver and vehicle performance characteristics, principles of highway geometric design, basics of traffic analysis, traffic signal operations, transportation planning, and the impact of connected and automated vehicle technologies on transportation infrastructure.
